These terms apply from 2026-10-14. This is the entire agreement between you and us — written to be read, not skipped.

Prehrana is a food diary. You describe your food in words, and the nutritional values are estimated by artificial intelligence or calculated from a food catalogue. These are estimates, not measurements.
Prehrana is not a medical product and doesn't give health advice. The numbers and recommendations are for information only. For anything to do with your health, ask a doctor or nutritionist, not the app. If you have a diagnosis, are pregnant, are breastfeeding or are taking medication, don't change your diet based on this app without a doctor.
To use the app you need an account with a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. The account is personal.
Everyone pays for their own subscription. Groups in the game do not depend on who pays.
After signing up you get 14 days free. It doesn't ask for a card and doesn't turn into a subscription on its own.
The subscription is paid monthly or yearly, in advance, at the price shown in the app. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription; it then stays valid until the end of the paid period and is not charged again. When it ends, logging through the assistant stops, in the app and through ChatGPT and Claude, while your diary, the game and all your data remain. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
You can gift a subscription to someone else, for a month or a year. A gift is paid once and does not renew. The recipient claims it via the link in the email or by creating an account with that email, and the gifted time is added to whatever they already have. Until the gift is claimed, contact us if you want a refund.
Before paying you get a 14-day free trial. A paid subscription starts right away: before paying you expressly ask for it to start right away and confirm that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, so payments are not refunded. If something does not work as it should or the charge was a mistake, let us know and we will sort it out.
Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately, and the unused part of the month is deducted from the yearly price. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid year.
You mustn't try to get around usage limits, send automated questions to the assistant beyond normal use, or share your account with others. In case of abuse we may restrict or shut down the account.
You can delete your account at any time, yourself, in Settings → Profile and account. Deletion is permanent and erases all your entries. We can only shut down your account for breach of these terms or non-payment, with prior notice by email.
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and the numbers reasonable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or accurate estimates. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.
We may change the terms. We announce significant changes by email at least 15 days in advance. If the new version doesn't suit you, you can delete your account and ask for a refund for the unused period.
Croatian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of a court in Croatia. As a consumer, you can also turn to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
